All in the Familia

All in the Familia is a 90-minute intergenerational wellness experience designed for families of all ages and abilities. Through gentle, accessible movement, breathwork, and relational practices, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect, and regulate together. Rooted in Guam’s values of family, care, and belonging, this experience centers wellness as something lived and shared across generations. Rather than focusing on fitness or performance, All in the Familia offers a welcoming, inclusive space for presence, connection, and nervous-system support. No prior yoga or movement experience is required. This offering reflects Guam’s relational approach to well-being and provides visitors and residents alike with an authentic, family-centered wellness experience.
