Access Transport local owner Mrs. Sachiko Hashiguchi, and Mr. Vicente C. Borja, opened operations on December 10, 2010. Door-to-Door wheelchair transport service continue to provide friendly, elements of quality wheelchair, and stretcher wheelchair mobility accessible for recreational, domestic, and medical appointments. Provides services for the local community for Guam, CNMI medical referral patients, and Guam Visitors Bureau visiting tourist. Access Transport meets all ADA certification requirements, includes staff, vehicle registrations, Certifications, and Equipment Insurances. Has (2) vans equipped with wheelchair, ram and lift. Accommodates (3) passenger, and (1) wheelchair per van. Access Transport is a proud member of the Guam Visitors Bureau Membership organization, and Mr. Borja, GVB Certified Tour Guide.

Our goal is that we continue our vision to endeavor to enhance and promote public understanding, knowledge, and appreciation of express accessible mobility, (wheelchair), transport services here in Guam. Access Transport emphasized express mobility which includes, instant, and reservations appointments, and accommodates emergency calls for unforeseen circumstances.
