We are a PADI dive shop located inside the Hilton Hotel in Tumon.
Blue Persuasion is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction on Guam - we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We offer scuba certifications from beginner to professional level, guided beach dive and boat dives while you stay here at the beautiful Hilton Guam Resort and Spa. Want to take a Dive Class but short on time. That is ok too. PADI E-learning allows you to complete the academics on-line. That way when you start class it is straight to the water for the fun stuff.
