The Dulce Nombre de Maria parish was established by Blessed Diego Luis de San Vitores in 1669. Although the physical structure has changed many times over the centuries, the faith of those who come for prayer remains unchanged. This Mother Church of the Archdiocese of Agana belongs to the faithful of Guam and the Marianas Islands. While the age of this parish surpasses the age of most modern societies, we give thanks to God for the joyful, youthful, and energizing spirit in our midst.
