About the Program
The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) has partnered with local clinics to offer a free COVID-19 testing program for all visitors upon their return home. Tests are being administered by the participating clinics listed below. In the new travel environment, GVB hopes this program will provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all who choose to visit our paradise in the Pacific. Please review more details about this program below.

Who qualifies for the program?
- Any visitor qualifies for this free COVID-19 testing program.
- A visitor is defined as any person who permanently or habitually lives in an area outside of Guam.
- This also includes form residents living outside of Guam who are returning to visit friends and relatives.

What kind of test is available under this program?
Notice: Antigen testing soon to be added to this program.
- This program offers the PCR test (polymerase chain reaction test) or an antigen test.
- Any other type of COVID-19 test is not offered under this program and must be completed at the request and cost of the traveler.
When will travelers receive their PCR test results?
- The results turnaround time is 48 hours from the date of testing for PCR and 24 hours turnaround for antigen testing.
- Results are subject to delay based on laboratory capacity and business hours of operation.
- Tests will be processed during business hours only, which may not include weekends and public holidays.
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to get tested within their required travel window as depicted by their airline and travel ticket.
- GVB and participating clinics will not be financially responsible for:
- airline change fees
- rebooking fees
- cancellation fees
- other flight arrangements
- room accommodations
- optional tours
- reservations
- or lost wages

What is the process to get tested?
- Visit www.visitguam.com/covidtest to learn more about the program and identify participating clinics.
- Choose a participating clinic based on your needs.
- Click on the clinic of your choice and proceed to request for a testing appointment.
- Make sure the date falls within the required testing window prior to departure.
- Gather the required documents before proceeding to the clinic for testing.
- Proceed to the clinic to complete your COVID-19 test.
- Wait for the clinic to deliver your results and any other documents required.
- If a printed result is required, the patient must request for it.

What are the required documents and forms for the program?
- Each patient must complete the GVB Patient Consent Form, which will be provided by the clinic.
- Each patient must provide a copy of a government-issued form of identification:
- passport
- or driver's license
- or birth certificate
- Each patient must provide a copy of their flight confirmations:
- Travel itinerary showing full name of patient with date of arrival and date of departure to and from Guam, respectively.
- Name/s on the flight confirmation/s must match the government-issued form of identification
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: The information collected as part of this program is strictly confidential and will be kept solely between the clinic and GVB. Information will not be shared externally.

FHP Health Center: OPEN Memorial Day from 8am - 6:30pm (PCR Testing)
Guam Seventh Day Adventist Clinic: OPEN Memorial Day (normal Monday business hours)
Health Services of the Pacific: CLOSED Memorial Day (Not testing from May 27, 2022 - May 30, 2022)
