ANZ Guam, Inc. (formerly Citizens Security Bank) was founded in 1990 by a group of local business leaders who had identified the need for a second locally charted and community focused bank in Guam. ANZ opened its doors in January 1991 with one branch and only six employees. Today ANZ has four branches and over 80 staff.
