What exactly is the Guam Electronic Declaration Form?

The Guam Electronic Declaration Form (Guam EDF) is a mandatory digital form required for all arriving passengers before entering our beautiful island. The form is available only electronically, and for your convenience, you can complete it up to 72 hours before your arrival.

Each arriving passenger—or one responsible family member—must fill out the form in English, with just one form required per family. A "family" includes individuals living in the same household who are related by blood, marriage, domestic partnership, or adoption.

If you are unable to complete the digital form prior to arrival, dedicated kiosks are available in the baggage claim area at Guam International Airport to assist you.
