1. Open the app and tap on “set pick up” location
2. Tap on “add drop off” to set your destination and see fare estimate
3. Tap “confirm booking” and once accepted, you’ll see your driver’s arrival in real-time on the map, along with their picture,
vehicle and contact details. You will receive a message notification upon driver’s arrival to your location.
Payment with Rove ride-hailing is easy. You can choose to pay with your saved credit/debit card, and your trip will
automatically be paid for in-app. We also accept cash. Your receipt is automatically sent to your email and you can rate
your driver with a thumbs up or down, which helps us continually improve our service quality.
